Israr Program – University Student Financing

Continue your university education without worrying about tuition fees. Bank of Palestine offers regularly enrolled university students an accessible, interest-free education loan to help cover their tuition fees. The program is implemented under the Palestine Monetary Authority’s Istidama Portfolio.

Program Benefits

You can receive an education loan of up to ILS 25,000 per academic year

The loan is available in Israeli shekels only.

The loan amount is transferred directly to the university’s account once approved.

  • The loan is disbursed based on the cost of one academic semester and may be repaid over 12 months, including the grace period.

Required Documents

  1. A copy of the student’s ID.
  2. An official letter from the university stating the student’s annual tuition fees and the amount payable for the first semester, which will be transferred to the university.

Program Eligibility Criteria

  1. The student must be at least 18 years old.
  2. The student must be regularly enrolled and registered at a university.
  3. The student must not be receiving a full scholarship, whether from the university or an external organization.
  4. An eligible guarantor must be provided.
