Therefore, we recommend you check the Notice periodically to be aware of the most updated version of this Notice.

We have introduced a new feature in our services that allows you to delete your electronic service account, such as online banking or mobile banking applications, while maintaining your main bank account.
To use this feature, navigate to the services menu and select the option to delete your electronic account. You will be prompted to confirm your decision and asked to enter your username and password. Following this, a six-digit code will be sent to your phone number registered with the bank. Enter this code to finalize the deletion process.
After successful deletion, your access to electronic services will be suspended. Please note that your electronic service login information will be retained for 90 days from the date of the deletion request. During this time, you can reactivate the service by visiting our nearest branch. After 90 days, you will lose access to your data.
If you wish to use electronic services again during or after this period, you can create a new electronic account either by registering with your account information or card details, or by visiting our nearest branch for assistance.

In order to improve our customers’ experience, our websites use a standard technology called "cookies" to collect information about how our websites are used, which may include your data. The use of cookies is essential to the operation of our websites.
