The event was held in Frankfurt, Germany, from September 29 to October 2, 2025 bringing together over 12,000 senior executives, financial leaders, and industry experts from around the world under the umbrella of the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT).
Recognized as one of the most significant annual gatherings in the international financial and banking industry, SIBOS serves as a leading platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and exploring innovations shaping the future of global finance.
Bank of Palestine’s participation came as part of its ongoing efforts to stay abreast of the latest international developments in banking and financial services, strengthening relationships with correspondent banks and global partners, while expanding regional and international networks. The Bank is keen to remain exposed to emerging trends in digital financial services, banking technologies, and innovative product development within the global financial sector.
The 2025 edition marked the 47th SIBOS conference, which takes place annually in a different city around the world. Each year, it brings together financial and economic leaders to discuss the future of the financial industry, address challenges, and exchange insights on compliance, financial resilience, and advancements in financial technology all within a shared vision of shaping the future of global banking.
