It is a card offered to bank customers as a direct convenience within a specified limit, enabling its holders to access the finest and premium services with ease and simplicity, anywhere they go. It empowers our customers with the ability to choose from travel opportunities, dining, shopping, and enjoying a distinctive lifestyle. 

• The cardholder downloads the Visa Airport Companion app from Google Play or the App Store.
• Logs into their account on the app.
• Taps on “Fast Track” on the home screen.
• Selects the date of the visit.
• If accompanied by others, the cardholder will be prompted to specify the number of accompanying passengers. Please note that the maximum number of companions allowed is 6, subject to airport policies on certain routes.
• The cardholder reviews all the entered information and checks the cancellation policy for the Fast Track service. Then, the booking is completed by paying with the card registered in the app. The total cost is calculated based on the number of companions.
• The booking is confirmed, and the details can be viewed under the “My Trips” section.

• Download the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app and complete the registration process using the eligible card.
• Find participating lounges and additional information regarding lounge access. Cardholders can select the airport they wish to view the available lounges and check all the details.
• Show your digital membership (QR CODE) at the airport to access the lounge, which is displayed through the membership button in the app.
• Accessing the lounges using the customer’s physical Visa card is not allowed. To access the lounges, the app must be downloaded, and the digital membership (QR CODE) must be presented.
• Internet access is required the first time to log into the app and register your information. Internet is also needed initially when setting up the app for offline access. Once the offline feature is activated, cardholders can access their QR membership code even without an internet connection.
• Cardholders are not allowed to enter the same selected lounge more than once within three hours. Additionally, the name in the app must match the name on the passport to allow lounge access.

• The customer must inform the bank of their travel plans via the call center to ensure the card's validity and functionality.
• Ensure the primary currency of the card.
• Ensure that the destination country is not on the blacklist of Bank of Palestine.
• If the destination country is blacklisted, the customer must visit the nearest branch before traveling. The card can be activated for use in the destination country at the customer's risk, and a new card will be issued upon return.

It is a procedure to protect online purchases through your bank cards issued by Bank of Palestine. When entering your card details for purchase, you will be redirected to a page.

• For the cardholder to qualify for the remaining scheduled visits (the next eleven visits) to airport lounges, the customer must use the card for purchases outside of Palestine through point-of-sale terminals or online for at least one transaction with a value of $1 or more within one year. 
• The condition is considered valid 10 days after the date of purchase. 
• If the customer exceeds the specified number of visits, has accompanying guests, doesn't wait for 10 days from the date of purchase, or enters a lounge not covered by Visa, an entry fee of $32 per visit will be charged.
